My 3 Transferable Skills Viewing issues from different perspectives Having empathy allows for better understanding and care when working with co-workers or clients. I developed this skill from working in teams that required me to put myself in other people’s shoes. This resulted in successfully creating solutions that accommodated for the target audience. This skill will be useful when communicating with others to develop ideas that suit the client’s needs.
